Proven leadership in training and mentoring dental team members, contributing to the development of skilled dental assistants and office managers capable of supporting efficient and successful practice operations. Known for building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds, promoting oral health awareness, and guiding them toward treatment options best suited to their individual needs.

Belinda Clemente

Well-versed in the inner workings of multi-national businesses and the business of

people owing to her decades of experience, Belinda is putting her years of expertise

into a new passion, equipping a new generation of dental professionals with the

knowledge and values they need to provide the best possible service and care.

While in the workforce, Belinda took full advantage of her 30 years in international

banking, gaining deep experience in human resources, finance, sales, and

administration, she excels at managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams, equipping her to lead both academic and administrative operations. She brings a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision. These years in the workforce did not only provide her with a wealth of business acumen, they also exposed her to a wide range of people from across the world wherein she realized the value of lasting and meaningful connections in learning.

Currently embarking on a new venture, Belinda is able to tackle a long-standing passion in healthcare. Throughout the years, it has been consistently made evident how important health is. In particular, dental health and its best practices. Creating a vocational training school that prepares students for careers as certified dental assistants is the first step in her dream of having a healthier world for the next

generation.

Enriqueta Golff

Enriqueta Golff has been in the dental field for the past 45 years with experience in dental assisting and managing dental offices. She earned her dental assisting degree at Inglewood Community College in 1980. In 1980, she started her first dental assisting job in Los Angeles, CA with Dr. Cowell until 1982. In 1982, she then worked for Dr. Galanter, a periodontist in Westwood, CA, where she worked 5 years. Originally hired as an assistant, she was then trained as an office manager. From 1987-2002, she worked as an office manager for the Periodontics office of Dr. Lionell in Santa Monica, CA. Her most recent employment was in Jacksonville, Florida in the office of Dr. Maksoud, where she was the office manager from 2002-2025.

As an office manager of periodontal specialty offices, she oversees scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and staff training to ensure quality patient care and practice efficiency. She played a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and the dental team. Her skills from dental assisting allowed her to flourish as an office manager as she was able to understand the different roles in the dental office. This ensures that patients have positive experiences from the moment a patient walks into the office, during dental treatment and once they leave the dental office.

Robert Anthony Clemente

Robert serves as the Administrator of Bakersfield Dental Assisting Academy, where he is dedicated to helping students achieve their career goals and build a strong foundation for success in the dental

profession.

With extensive experience in business leadership, operations management, and international corporate environments, Robert brings a practical, people-centered approach to education. He also owns and operates two residential care group homes in Bakersfield, which he has successfully managed for the past seven years. Through these roles, he has developed a deep appreciation for leadership, mentorship, and creating environments where people can learn, grow, and thrive.

At BDAA, Robert is committed to supporting students every step of the way by fostering a welcoming, professional, and encouraging learning experience. He believes that success comesfrom a combination of knowledge, confidence, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others.

Jhunelle Bicera

Jhunelle Bicera is a skilled and approachable dental assistant with over nine years of experience in the field. Known for her gentle demeanor and dedication to patient comfort, she strives to make every dental visit a positive and stress-free experience.

Jhunelle earned her Dental Assisting certification from UEI College in 2017, completing an internship under Dr. Scotsman Tageman. Her professional journey has included roles at Central Valley Dental (2017–2021) and Quach Central Valley Dental (2021–2023). In 2023, she joined Laser Dental Bakersfield, where she proudly serves as the lead dental assistant to Dr. Molato.

Since joining the team, Jhunelle has embraced the opportunity to grow alongside cutting-edge dental technology and modern techniques. She views each day as a chance to learn something new and finds joy in helping patients restore both their smiles and their confidence. She especially enjoys assisting with dental surgeries, implant placements, laser procedures, and Bioclear composite bonding—skills she was excited to develop further at our practice.

Driven by her passion for dentistry and patient care, Jhunelle is currently working toward a career in Dental Hygiene. In the meantime, she remains a valued and essential member of the Laser Dental Bakersfield team. Outside the office, Jhunelle enjoys practicing tae kwon do and hiking local trails. She looks forward to welcoming you to our practice with warmth and professionalism.
