Belinda Clemente

Well-versed in the inner workings of multi-national businesses and the business of
people owing to her decades of experience, Belinda is putting her years of expertise
into a new passion, equipping a new generation of dental professionals with the
knowledge and values they need to provide the best possible service and care.
While in the workforce, Belinda took full advantage of her 30 years in international
banking, gaining deep experience in human resources, finance, sales, and
administration, she excels at managing complex operations and leading cross-functional teams, equipping her to lead both academic and administrative operations. She brings a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision. These years in the workforce did not only provide her with a wealth of business acumen, they also exposed her to a wide range of people from across the world wherein she realized the value of lasting and meaningful connections in learning.
Currently embarking on a new venture, Belinda is able to tackle a long-standing passion in healthcare. Throughout the years, it has been consistently made evident how important health is. In particular, dental health and its best practices. Creating a vocational training school that prepares students for careers as certified dental assistants is the first step in her dream of having a healthier world for the next
generation.
Enriqueta Golff

Enriqueta Golff has been in the dental field for the past 45 years with experience in dental assisting and managing dental offices. She earned her dental assisting degree at Inglewood Community College in 1980. In 1980, she started her first dental assisting job in Los Angeles, CA with Dr. Cowell until 1982. In 1982, she then worked for Dr. Galanter, a periodontist in Westwood, CA, where she worked 5 years. Originally hired as an assistant, she was then trained as an office manager. From 1987-2002, she worked as an office manager for the Periodontics office of Dr. Lionell in Santa Monica, CA. Her most recent employment was in Jacksonville, Florida in the office of Dr. Maksoud, where she was the office manager from 2002-2025.
As an office manager of periodontal specialty offices, she oversees scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and staff training to ensure quality patient care and practice efficiency. She played a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for both patients and the dental team. Her skills from dental assisting allowed her to flourish as an office manager as she was able to understand the different roles in the dental office. This ensures that patients have positive experiences from the moment a patient walks into the office, during dental treatment and once they leave the dental office.
Jessica Lopez
Instructor
Jessica Lopez is a dedicated and skilled dental assistant with over 7 years of hand-on experience supporting pediatric, and general dental practices. Her dental assisting career began at Smileland Dental in Bakersfield, CA from June 2018-2019 as a pediatric dental assistant. She then worked as a dental assistant for Crown Dental and Healthy Smiles in Bakersfield, CA from 2019-2021. She is currently working at Laser Dental Bakersfield, where she is the lead assistant and has been working there since 2021.
Jessica has assisted in a wide range of procedures- including periodontal surgeries, implant placement, restorative treatments, laser assisted procedures, and endodontic procedures for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She is proficient in digital radiology including CBCT and panoramic imaging, infection control, and patient education. She has trained new assistants that have been hired at the office and is cross trained to work both in the front office and in the back alongside the dentist. Known for her calm and welcoming demeanor, efficiency, and attention to detail, Jessica ensures a smooth, comfortable experience for both patients and the dental team.
Committed to continuing education and professional growth, Jessica is currently studying to obtain her Registered Dental Assisting license and is taking courses to obtain a Dental Hygiene degree.
